If the card number is in sequency, then neglect the card issuer.

Just export Excel and fill up with numbers and import.

How to add the card users via USB reader.

1, Export to Excel

2, use the USB card issue to help to register card number for the users.  

(Where you put the mouse is, the card number will be display on the column)

Then on  the software,  import Excel :   press ctrl+shift+Q,  and find “ Import from Excel”
